1. Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. To secure your appointment, you will be asked to provide valid payment card details. No payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Card Details & Appointment Security

To secure your appointment, we ask all clients to provide valid payment card details when booking.

No payment is taken at the time of booking. Your card details are securely stored by our booking provider and will only be charged if a cancellation fee applies under our Cancellation Policy or in the event of a no-show.

3. Appointment Confirmation

Once your booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details and any important information you need before your visit.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up to date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us before your appointment.

4. Payment​

We operate a Book Now, Pay on the Day policy. Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee or 100% service fee where a client fails to attend without notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy.​

6. Health Information

Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or medications that may affect their treatment. If we believe massage may not be suitable for you, we reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment.

7. Client Conduct

To ensure a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, clients are expected to behave courteously towards our therapists and staff at all times. Any abusive, aggressive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the appointment without refund and may lead to future bookings being refused

8. Personal Hygiene

For the comfort of both clients and therapists, we kindly ask that clients arrive in a clean and hygienic condition. Shower facilities are available at both of our studios should you wish to freshen up before or after your treatment.

If a client arrives in a condition where their personal hygiene is considered unsuitable for close-contact treatment, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the appointment. In such circumstances, the full appointment fee or applicable cancellation charge may still apply.

9. Naturist Massage​

Some treatments may involve clients choosing to remove their clothing. This is entirely optional unless stated otherwise for the treatment selected. Client comfort is always respected throughout every appointment.

10. Your Personal Belongings​

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.Men's Massage Lounge accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

 

 

11. Gift Vouchers

Where available, gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expiry dates will be stated at the time of purchase.

 

 

12. Right to Refuse Service​

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any appointment if: inappropriate behaviour occurs, a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, treatment is considered unsafe, these Terms & Conditions are breached.

 

 

13. Website Information

While we make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions. Prices, services and opening hours may change without prior notice.

 

 

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

 

 

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Men's Massage Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
